Title: Beloit, WI Welcome Center reopens

It looks like the new Wisconsin state budget is already producing some visible benefits to the public, the I-39/90 Welcome Center at Beloit, WI that was closed under former Governor Doyle reopened today (Tuesday, 2011-07-19).

Yeah but at the cost of perhaps fewer police and teachers.  I can live without the welcome centers if i had to make a choice.
