Harrison County ups the ante with 5 plus million in Casino cash. This plus 9 plus million in federal earmarks might be able to kick start the new interchange.

I'm familiar with the area- my mom grew up in that area (Laconia)...You would think it would be a big incentive. Also, extending I-265 all the way around from the southwest back up to I-65 N could also help contribute draw. Just the mess with the additional bridges and the usual "which state is paying?" Hey if it's working for I-69 in Mississippi...
It would take alot of pressure off Indiana 135 which is very crowded in the area and has had alot of wrecks lately.
