Does anyone have a plan to close the gap on this freeway? When will this be done? Will the Rimouski section be upgraded to 4 lanes?
There a gap from Cacouna to Trois-Pistoles is under construction but only as a super-2. I don't know when the Rimouski section will be 4 laned.
My plan would use a ferry. A four-lane ferry, of course.

It will be upgraded in the future.
It will be twinned if traffic levels justify it.
