Title: A stretch of MA 2 damaged from Tropical Storm Irene reopens

A stretch of MA 2 in the Berkshires that was damaged from Tropical Storm Irene reopens.  In this case, the road had to be completely reconstructed, from the base up.  As a result, the road finally was reopened to traffic today.

Great pictures.  I had an idea that this damage occurred along the area of the hairpin turn just east of North Adams State College.  Its been a long, long time since I have been in that area.
