It has sat idle for nearly three years after inspections found serious structural issues, meetings held to determine whether to save it or not, but the fate of Donora-Webster Bridge (http://maps.google.com/maps?q=Webster,+PA&hl=en&ll=40.184119,-79.847775&spn=0.00877,0.013797&sll=37.0625,-95.677068&sspn=37.188995,56.513672&hnear=Webster,+Rostraver,+Westmoreland,+Pennsylvania&t=h&z=16) has been determined. PennDOT will begin demolition on the 106-year-old structure within the year.

Now that's a shame...that's an impressive looking bridge.
Can't blame them for not replacing it... It isn't part of any thoroughfare, Webster is a tiny little town, and there are other options not too far up or downstream.
