Remember when there was a person with the name "Shuster" chairing the House Transportation and Infrastructure Committee? Well, what is old may be new again.
The current chairman, Representative John Mica of Florida, is to step down at the end of the year but has been pressing for a waiver that would allow him to stay. Waivers are seldom granted, and if not granted, would pave the way for Bill Shuster to again take over another job once held by his father.
