Title: Caltrans refers to 'SR-51' on Sacramento VMS

Here's a screen shot from the current (as of posting time) Sacramento area on http://quickmap.dot.ca.gov, which lets you see the current messages being displayed on VMSes across the state:

I wonder how many people in the Sacramento area know of CA-51?  I think it would have been better to use "BUS-80" instead of "SR-51".

About as many people who know that the W-X is also I-305.
