Title: Traffic Signal Celebrates 100th Anniversary

Utah DOT celebrates the 100th anniversary of the traffic signal, which was created by Lester Wire, a Salt Lake City Police officer.

Sometimes I feel like I'm celebrating the 100th anniversary of my being stuck at a traffic signal....

Adapted from traffic control signalling that was, and still is, used by railroads.
