It seems Google (FINALLY) updated their years-old satellite view around Harrisburg and the area west. This was so old that Paxton St. at the Eisenhower Interchange was still one-way eastbound, and US 222 south of Reading was still under construction! :eyebrow:
Unfortunately, the spot east of Harrisburg, including Reading, is still old, but I'll bet that's just because Harrisburg is more of a priority, being the capital and all...
I can finally know the real final configuration of the 15-581 interchange now! :D

However, they seems to be a bit slow, for Calgary satellite imagery. Bing had updated their imagery of Calgary showing NW and NE Stoney Trail (AB-201) gaps completed. http://binged.it/XOtrnu
Those who live in or are just fans of western PA like around Washington, Pittsburgh, and New Castle, there will be an imagery update soon. This area has aerials from August and September 2012 already up in Google Earth.
What Google does is update the default imagery in Google Earth first (such that there's no little marking in the historical imagery slider), then put it into Google Maps, then finally updating the slider. This site (http://www.gearthblog.com/) is a good one to check periodically for initial reports for updates, then going to the official KML of new areas. The updates seem to occur in a 2 - 4 week interval, often just before the weekend while they release the KML on Monday or Tuesday. Not all updates contain the same number of updated areas though, sometimes it's just a few patches here and there, other times it's a pretty large update such as the last one.
