Judging by the signage in the video:
- One for the "exit number = highway number" thread: the new interchange with US 71 is Exit 71.
- IA 196 has been extended to meet US 20 at a new interchange northeast of Sac City, with County Road N14 continuing northward. I couldn't make out the exit number, though.
- The US 20 shields are mounted on two poles, a la Minnesota.
