Title: Port Mann Bridge in Vancouver, BC closed due to falling ice chunks

Yeah, cabling that crosses over the bridge deck was a brilliant decision in an area that ices up regularly.  :pan: This bridge just opened in the past month!

Cable-stay bridges like that aren't a good idea in cold earthquake prone areas...
