That's good, though I don't think  it is possible (currently) for the cancer to spread from the northern part of I-95 to the discontinuous southern part.

What the hell is this newswire?  Did anyone write to these folks about the history & plight of Alanland?  It would fit right in!

Seriously though...are they referring to poor road conditions & the efforts to fix it, urban sprawl, or something else I missed?

Since you seem to not be aware, The Onion is certainly written in the same mindset that the beginnings of Alanland were written in.

I admit, I'm easily naive about the crazy things in this world.  It scares me sometimes when I discover stuff like this for the 1st time when it has pretty much run its course with everybody else.

The Onion has been quoted by the state press in both China and North Korea. Their glowing report on Kim Jong Un helped.

The Onion has pwned both the state press in China and North Korea to be more accurate.

Actually, I think The Onion is in the same mindset as anything *after* the beginnings of Alanland.  I think the poor kid was quite serious with his original post.

I wasn't exactly counting the original post by Alan, more along the lines of my first post regarding the place.

Ah yes, then we're on the same page there.  I do read the first pages of Alanland from time to time for a chuckle.

If anyone EVER says that there are no creative thinkers on this forum, they will be dead wrong, and need to be referred to the Alanland history thread!
