Ick.  I'm not really a fan of the road hardware.  They slap a standard AEL combrahead to an awful mast.  The gantry is sort of silly...   The structural design of the new viaduct (and tunnel system) is cool.

Is this the reconstructed Parkway now, or is construction still ongoing?

It's still on going, but this is a new permanent span.  The flickr image was taken before it was opened, but now Doyle Dr. Viaduct is closed and is about to be torn down.
