Looking at the fuzzy Google Street View images of WA 25, I saw some weird signs that appear sporadically on roads in Stevens County.

Could these be county routes? WSDOT and Stevens County websites don't have an information on these.

Would they be the ever popular "RANGE AREA Watch Out for Livestock" sign? Or the Adopt-A-Highway sign?

I believe that is a Stevens County Adopt a Road sign
