From "Cheers"

How was your day, Norm?

It's a dog eat dog world.....And I'm wearing Milk Bone underware........
What's going on, Mr. Peterson?

The question isn't "what's going ON Mr. Peterson," it's "what's going IN Mr. Peterson."
"How's life treating you, Mr. Peterson?"
"Pour."
"Really, what happened?"
"No, POUR!" (using hand gesture)

The Brady Bunch

Marcia:  "OHHH my NOSE!!"
Jan: "Marcia, Marcia, Marcia"
Cindy: "He's better than a doctor. He's Santa Claus"

Greg: "I wanna talk man-to-man.  And I don't mean "kid-to-man" man-to-man, but "man-to-man" man-to-man.
Peter: "WOWWWWWW!"
Bobby: "Mom always said, 'Don't play ball in the house.'"

Oh, the pain. The pain

"WARNING! WARNING! DANGER! DANGER!"

"That does not compute!"

Of course, who can forget Dr. Smith's infamous scream...

More from the original Star Trek:
...
This series is so loaded with golden dialogue!
"Fascinating!" - Mr. Spock

IMHO, the best spin on the above Spock one-liner was in The Trouble with Tribbles episode dialogue between Spock & McCoy.
Note: the below is paraphrased.

McCoy (to Spock): Please, don't tell me that it's fascinating.
Spock: No, but it is... interesting." (McCoy's eyes roll up)

That would be "The Squire of Gothos" :  " 'Fascinating' is a word I reserve for the unexpected. In this case I should think 'interesting' would suffice."

[Scene: Planet Express: Farnsworth's Lab. The crew return from the nebula. Leela holds a large bottle of the particles.]

Leela: Here you go. Hot off the nebula.

Farnsworth: None too soon. While you were gone the Trotters held a news conference to announce that I was a jive sucker.
