For some reason, the 2008 photos on Google Street View from Moorefield, KY have this strange, pooed-up, psychedelic look to them...

Probably a data corruption issue. There's a few of these throughout the country.

Could have been taken around sunset or at night.  The 2008 images aren't as sharp as pictures taken after 2010.
