Grade-separated gravel roads

I found one of these on Drummond Island, Michigan.
There is a gravel road extending between two quarries on the western end of the island that is completely grade-separated. Two local roads have bridges over the gravel road, and one local road goes through a neat-looking round tunnel under the road.

The road is pretty prominent in the satellite imagery:
