Tried to watch the cartoon - and got this message

Fair Use is fine if you're copying something for private use, for use in a teaching setting, or possibly using a sample or portion of the work for something you're doing or publishing.

Putting someone's entire work out on a commercial, for-profit website?  That's not fair use; that's copyright infringement.
