Lexington, Ky road trip

I am going on vacation to the Smokies in several weeks and would like to know if there is anything to cover along any of the major roads in Lexington?

I meant road signs and any construction that are doable (i.e., what major cities are on the road signs along Interstates 64 and 75?)

Is there any interesting signage on Interstate 64 and/or bridges that are worth looking into?

I don't think there is much of interest along I-64 between Ashland and Lexington. But I've driven the road so often that I'm pretty familiar with everything along it.
