Kansas to Florida Question

I will be taking a business trip down to Florida in a few weeks. I have a question i looked at rest stops in Arkansas and here is one along my route

Imboden-Black Rock 
Lawrence County
Hwy. 63 South, Log Mile 12.21.
1.25 miles north of Hwy. 117

Problem is i cannot find it along my route on Google Maps, so i ask "Does it exist? "and if it does "Where is it?"
