I noticed that SR 527 has been removed from an overhead assembly on SR 50. It looks like a section was decommissioned.
What are the endpoints of this decommissioning?

It's been locally maintained between Gore and SR 50 for years.

In urban areas the SR numbers are lost from BGS often. In Jacksonville McDuff ave is SR 129 but not on new BGS. But it is still marked. SR 228 is lost in downtown Jacksonville

They've also removed signs along Robinson Street, but they've kept signs up on South & Anderson Streets.....so far.
So many roads...so little time.

I photographed a JCT 527 sign somewhere downtown, but don't remember what street it was on.

What was always odd is the fact Magnolia off of SR 50 never had SR 527 NB shields, but was signed WB on 50 for I-4 East.  Yes I know that the I-4 and Colonial Drive interchange is missing a WB to EB movement in which Magnolia provides for that, but you would figure that one would catch on that you have to use FL 527 to make the connection.
Every day is a winding road, you just got to get used to it.
