News:

The server restarts at 2 AM and 6 PM Eastern Time daily. This results in a short period of downtime, so if you get a 502 error at those times, that is why.

Has anyone else seen the new expressway shields Japan has been installing? They look like this and are posted as cutout shields:

They're not quite as creative as what I proposed to the MLITT, but it's better than just putting the expressway numbers on a square sign.
