The server restarts at 2 AM and 6 PM Eastern Time daily. This results in a short period of downtime, so if you get a 502 error at those times, that is why.

Just make the non freeway area RIRO with some frontages added / linking parking lots in the back. Maybe widening to 2 way / reworking the flyovers in place or adding 1-2 new ones + frontages.
