Remaining Non-AET/ORT/ETC Toll Roads?

With all the talk about cashless rolling over the last two decades, I was curious if there are any US toll roads which do not accept electronic transponders whatsoever?

Do any of the US–Mexico border bridge toll booths accept anything other than cash?  Every so often, I read something about how every toll road in Texas accepts a toll tag, or that every CAPUFE toll booth in Mexico is going cashless, or whatever, and I simply assume that the author is forgetting the border toll booths even exist.

IIRC, at least one of the border bridges in Laredo TX (World Trade Bridge) is not only restricted to commercial traffic, but accepts only electronic toll payment (commercial AVI and prepaid).

Nope, they've accepted E-ZPass for ages.  And now it's AET.

My point of confusion was probably that they didn't accept cards, and I didn't have a transponder so I had to pay cash. But it sounds moot now anyway.

The Oldtown Low Water Toll Bridge between West Virginia and Maryland doesn't accept any sort of transponder but does accept credit cards. It's privately owned, of course, so it's a little different from most toll roads.

I'm not clear on if the "ExpressCard" accepted by the Adams Avenue Parkway in Utah counts as an open-road tolling method or not.

I'm relatively sure the CR 257 San Luis Pass bridge on the southeast side of Galveston Island was still cash-only until they removed tolls on it last year.

They have their own transponder - MacPass.

I saw on street view that they're now AET.  Are they planning to remove the booths so traffic can flow freely like in a normal AET setup?

While not a toll road, the Dingman's Ferry Bridge over the Delaware River between NJ and PA is still cash only.

Sorry, I wasn't thinking at all of the truck-only bridge.  Yes, I meant border US–Mexico border bridges that regular car traffic uses.  Looking into it more, I do see that border bridges (not sure if all of them) do AVI with an account that you set up ahead of time.  So, not TxTag or whatever, but similar.

It was cash-only in 2019 (or prepaid punch cards?) as I recall. Kind of spurred my idea for this thread.
