The I-95 Fort McHenry Tunnel in Baltimore opened on Saturday, November 23, 1985.

Just curious, is there anyone else here on this forum that attended the opening ceremonies that were held that day?

Since nobody said they were there, and 12 days have passed, it would seem that nobody else on this forum was there.

The reason why I asked was because the master of ceremonies recognized a person "whose hobby is the Interstate highway system, and he visits Interstate highway opening ceremonies all over the country".

I probably should have tried to locate him at the site, but I didn't.

I would have thought that he would have found this AAROADS online forum, but who knows where he might be doing now.
