Anyone in Kentucky or surrounding states remember this radio commercial?

Around Kentucky Derby time back in 1990, the old WLAP-FM in Lexington kept airing an ad where a male singer would sing, "Kentuckeeee Derbeeee Festival!" I don't remember much else about the commersh, except I think it also said something like, "Don't miss the moment!" Recently I mentioned this ad to a family member, and they said they also still remember it after all these years.

Did any other station play this commercial, and did it air in any other year besides 1990?
