I know mile 66.6 markers on the Garden State Parkway are a common theft.

Well since everyone else is posting other "questionable" numbers, Ontario also has a highway 69 that lead to Sudbury although I'm betting it's going to be replaced by ON 400 and decommissioned when ON 400 in completed up to Sudbury. We also had a Highway 666 but it was renumbered to Highway 658 in 1985 after complaints and possibly sign thefts.

To add to our "questionable" route numbers.  Morris CR 666 was changed to 664 a few years back due to sign theft.  This road is near my house and I use it quite often.  Back when it was 666, it was common to see signs missing.  Amazingly since it's been changed to 664 not one has been messed with. :-D

btw, here is a CA 420 green spade.

it's a 12x12 shield whose photo I yanked from an eBay auction.  Note the absence of mounting holes - other than that and the half-scale sizing, it looks to be completely up to spec.
Where did the CA 420 shield come from?

Quotehere, have some 405s from California.

It's very possible I'm incorrect here, but didn't you mean to post those in the Ten Chances thread?  :-P
