Thinking of taking a trip to Athens, GA from northwest NC before the year wraps-any routes to Athens that's off the beaten path? And what notable sights couldmi check along the way?

Along US 23/441 is the Tallulah Gorge. On 17A off of US 23/441 is Toccoa Falls.
