News:

The server restarts at 2 AM and 6 PM Eastern Time daily. This results in a short period of downtime, so if you get a 502 error at those times, that is why.

Does anyone here have any experience with car rental agencies in Japan?  I am going in November, and I would consider taking a car for a day or half day to check out some of Tokyo's expressway network.  Just wondered if anyone has any advice.
