Colorado National Monument and Rim Rock Drive

Given recent world events I had the chance to pick back up the two 2016 Mountain Region Trip series.  The next entry in the Summer series in the highly scenic Rim Rock Drive of Colorado National Monument.  Rim Rock Drive is a 23 mile scenic roadway which primarily features Monument Canyon as well as several other sandstone canyons above Grand Junction:
