E-bay auction for a mess of (I'm guessing) unfinished Kansas US mini-me's.

I don't have the skills to finish them or I'd buy them it.

Around $6.50 each. If you count the 2 "bonus" signs it's about $5.70 each. I've seen the finished ones got for $20+

But that's the rub, now much would it actually cost to make them into actual completed mini-shields?  Are the completed shields actually painted or are they vinyl?
