Exit number and route number the same

I searched and did not see this topic addressed; I apologize if I overlooked it.

In Columbus, Ohio there are two exits where the exit number and the route are the same:  US-23 exit off I-270 on the north side is Exit 23 and OH-104 (Frank Rd) exit off I-71 is Exit 104.

These are the only two in Ohio that I am aware of, but I have not done an exhaustive search.   Where else does this occur?
