The 4 PM CST hour is still most common for me at 11% of my total posts, but that percentage was a lot higher before the pandemic, because it's when I used to get home. After that is 8 PM (10%) and 7 AM (9%). I have 0 posts between 11 PM and 5 AM.

I have nothing from the 12AM to the 6AM hours.

My top four hours:  1PM, 2PM, 4PM, 3PM.

Apparently 11 PM Eastern Time which would have been 8 PM for the bulk of my time as a forum user.  Apparently I have never posted anything during the 4 AM Eastern Hour

I have postings recorded all 24 hours of the day.  The 4am hour has only 7 posts.

Thanks to my time zone the hours in which I have never posted are weird: 8 pm-2 am (right through prime time!). I've posted in the 7 pm hour, but that can only happen while USA is in DST but Europe is not, as I have never posted beyond 1 am Central Europe despite what the stats say otherwise.

Please note that I may mention "invalid" FM channels, i.e. ending in an even number or down to 87.5. These are valid in Europe.

Q: Haven't we done this before and it got locked?
A: Yes; not exactly, but a very similar variant.

Of course, anybody that wants to can see the hourly breakdown on the user stats page. Here's mine in a slightly different format:

400+ posts: 9 PM, 10 PM
300-399 posts: 12 PM - 3 PM, 8 PM
200-299 posts: 8 AM - 11 AM, 11 PM
100-199 posts: 6 PM, 7 PM
1-99 posts: 12 AM - 2 AM, 6 AM, 7 AM
0 posts: 3 AM - 5 AM

Longstanding users will notice that the sum of their individual hourly totals do not match their overall post total.

This is because it only saves data from a set time period: I'm not sure what this time period is, but my guess is about five years.

Least: 1am, 2am and 3am are the only three hours in which I have never posted

Most: 10am with 11%, 12pm and 10pm tied for 2nd with 8% each

I was just looking at this earlier today, actually.

My most-posted hour is 3am, least is 8 and 9am. This is because I've spent most of the time that the forum exists working swing or graveyard shifts, so to me 3am was a lot like 8pm for most people.

Looks like I post most often at 8pm Central. I've never posted between 1am and 8am.

We're similar, but, for me, the 7 a.m. hour has only several posts.

I sure hope my least often time is when I'm sleeping, because if I sleep-post, I don't even want to know what horrific things I'm writing.

8am is my most, followed by 9am and 7am. Rest of the day is pretty steady. Some blips at 12am and 2am, but otherwise 1am and 3-6am are quiet
