There is an on-ramp to I-690 at McBride and an off-ramp at Townsend very, very close to NY 5 (Erie Blvd).
Yeah, it's very close but I would say no, they don't touch.
Given the signage on NY 5 EB, I think they do.

It's all "TO" signs from what I can tell... unless I'm missing something.

You can be standing in the crosswalk and have I-690 directly above you. The question is a matter of how large the intersection is considered to be, since this is a "(potential) touch without connection" situation.

US 113 is about 75 miles and iirc it's the longest US route that never touches an interstate (163 still technically does)

AFAIK US 163 was officially truncated in 2008, so it doesn't touch an Interstate anymore. Anyway it is shorter than both 113 and 350.

US 163 was officially truncated by AASHTO in 2008...but if you poke around in Utah's internal documentation, UDOT still considers a 163/191 concurrency to exist from Bluff north to Crescent Jct. It isn't signed and hasn't been since the 1980s, but it's still there in the highway reference materials.

Some honorable mentions that surprised me.
US 8- 279 miles (the op probably wasn't looking for this bc it touches only one interstate its entire route)
US 52- 300 miles from I-39 to I-90. (It passes through I-88 without access)
US 90- 187 miles from Pensacola to Midway
US 75- 238 miles from I-90 to I-94
US 10- 241 miles from I-29 to Minnie
Just a reminder that US 6, 49, 50, and 98 are superior to your fave routes :)

EXTEND 206 SO IT CAN MEET ITS PARENT.

US 1 in Florida goes about 245 miles without intersecting an Interstate, between I-595 in Fort Lauderdale and I-95 in Ormond Beach.

US 441 runs about 222 miles between I-595 and I-4.

Both obviously are not near the longest nationwide, but surprisingly long for where they're at (especially US 1 being within a very short distance of I-95 the whole time).

What about US 98 from I-75 at a Ridge Manor to I-110 in Pensacola?  That is longer yet for that state.

Already mentioned thrice upthread. But yes well over 400 miles.

This one really surprised me to where I had to verify it myself. I didn't think there was any stretch that long in the east.
