Grilling and other cooking methods

Is anyone here into grilling or any other cooking method in particular?

I personally don't spend much time in the kitchen; I didn't even know how to crack an egg until a few years ago. But I have done quite a bit of grilling (burgers, beef, chicken, etc., and sometimes vegetables like mushrooms, onions, peppers)

I'm a huge fan of cooking!

With summer approaching, I certainly like to log some grill time.  I'm a charcoal man myself.  Steaks, chicken, burgers, etc.

I recently got a smoker, and am getting pretty good at using that as well.  I've smoked some salmon, brisket, and sausages and all turned out delicious!
