The Most Boring Stretches of Highway

I believe it's US-23 and I-75 from Columbus to Toledo.

It's a really brutal drive and feels like 6 hours even if it's only about 2 hours and 30 minutes.

There's US-23. There is nothing to see on the entire route. Mom Wilson's is always closed. The scenery is just farmland and trees. It is an extremely flat and barren landscape and for some reason the speed limit is only 65. Another problem with this route is it starts getting painful to drive on towards Delaware. With stop lights every 2 seconds, Always congested, etc...

I-75 is better because it is 70 mph and does not have random stoplights and is an interstate. (Which means it has more standards. But it's just as flat and barren as US-23 is. And has nothing to stop at until you hit Toledo.

I personally just started using US-68 and I-75. It's a much better drive than US-23 and OH-15. Since the I-75 stretch is relatively short and it's quick.

I-5 from Wheeler Ridge to I-580 near Tracy is brutally boring.  There is virtually no driving input to make other than to pass truckers who often back up the left lane.  CA 99 by comparison will keep you way more mentally snappy and has more interesting older freeway features to look at.

I-95 south of DC to Aquia or so.  Always miserable.

Something strange is going on here. The original post says "most boring stretches" and the others say "worst route." Those are two fundamentally different questions and I might suggest that the "worst route" is unlikely to be the "most boring" insofar as a lousy road might require extra attention while driving it.

"That sounded stupid, didn't it?"

It looks like it originally said worst route when it was originally posted. Note the edit timestamp several hours later. The current content of the OP is exactly what I linked above, word for word. I don't know how this happened, but it was probably a strange clerical error.

I was not awake between the original post time and the edit time, so I don't know for sure.

I love it when you easterners who have never been into any square state think "boring" is any stretch of I-95 LOL.

I-95 was mentioned before the change from worst to most boring.
