Another DDI open

This one's on the new CA-11 freeway down in the Otay Mesa part of San Ysidro, where Enrico Fermi Dr crosses it. I've been watching this project since it started, visiting every couple of weeks, and last weekend was not surprised to see the crossing completed, but was surprised to find out that it was a DDI. I wasn't expecting that. It's actually the first one I've ever driven on.
