Third-party tow company scammers (two videos from Everything Auto)

Here are two videos from Everything Auto and two winch-out calls. The calls came through a third-party call center who were pre-charging was more than twice the actual cost of the tow.

This makes me want to ask everyone to find out what the towing policies that are included with their automotive insurance and who to go through when obtaining a tow. I pay extra for AAA Premier service partially for the long distance tows which, thankfully, I've never had to use. Otherwise, I would have absolutely no idea to call and would be using Google search as well.
