For those who may not know, the Millennium Highway site is on Facebook.

http://www.facebook.com/pages/Millennium-Highway/275641381468

If anyone can tell me how to get a simple URL like http://www.facebook.com/millenniumhighway without the "pages" or the numbers at the end, I'm all ears...

I'm going to start rolling out new videos on this page before I add them to the site's video library. The first video uploaded is of I-440 in Arkansas. It's part of a huge backlog of videos I've taken since the first of the year that I need to process and upload.

"Become a Fan," "Like" or whatever today's FB term is ... just check the page out if you want.

Like the site itself, no viatology is allowed on Millennium Highway's FB page.

Simply go to http://www.facebook.com/username and claim it there. Note that your page must have more than 25 fans in order for it to be eligible to have a username.

Get yourself a tinyurl or miniurl and put millenniumhighway at the end, so it would be

tinyurl.com/millenniumhighway

Worked like a charm. I am now the proud owner of http://www.facebook.com/millenniumhighway where there is still no viatology allowed. (Speaking of which, I hear the WWTL has a FB page, but I haven't been brave enough to check it out ... and they don't have a "dislike" button yet!

Now I guess my next step is to put a FB badge on my site, along with an EveryTrailbadge.

No cause for concern, you've already got him beat (he's only got 10 drones...I mean, fans). Hell, Steve's already got him beat and he just created his Facebook page today! :P

I've got more fans than the WWTL and I don't even have a facebook page.
