I-94, proof that the cardinal direction rules for even interstate numbers is simply ignored in Chicagoland  (more proof here, and here, and last but not least here) - most are button copy versions to boot

spelling error on IL 3 north of 270

All ISTHA, not IDOT District 1.  ISTHA has the Tri-State Twy as a north-south road, but newer Clearview signs have been put up calling I-94 east-west.

Left turn into the fence should yield to the oncoming traffic. Nothing wrong there ;-)
