News:

The server restarts at 2 AM and 6 PM Eastern Time daily. This results in a short period of downtime, so if you get a 502 error at those times, that is why.

From the latest Google Earth imagery it looks like most bridgework is done with overpasses and bridges. Only the freeway itself isn't there yet.

There is new recent Google Earth imagery. The imagery date is October 13th, 2011. Works seem pretty advanced.
