The PA-31 shield looks like it is to exact PennDOT specs!
Life is too short not to have Tim Hortons donuts.

I hear times are tough in Michigan (though maybe it's mainly in Detroit)....  Perhaps they stole it!
I don't have opinions anymore. All I know is that no one is better than anyone else, and everyone is the best at everything

In another construction zone (much farther north), there is an all white I-31 sign along northbound US-31.

Yes it does, but without the word interstate in the shield.

I'd definitely like to see a picture of that!

Y'know, Michigan isn't the only place where Pennsylvania keystones have shown up where they aren't supposed to be.

Witness these examples from West Virginia, which were present a few years ago in Wyoming County in the state's southwestern corner, far from Pennsylvania:

Government would be tolerable if not for politicians and bureaucrats.

PA Route 97 is located entirely in Erie County, which is in the Northwest Corner of PA?  Maybe someone misses Erie, PA?  It begins in the south in Union City, at US 6 and ends in the north at the intersection of PA Route 8 in the City of Erie near US Route 20.

S-dude, don't forget the one in Adams County - now there are three PA 97's!  :-D

I wonder if it is an official sign that came from our sign shop?  If it is it would have a PennDOT logo on it.  Would have the year it was made and a letter which donates fiscal period which it was made.

The PA 97 signs are still up in West Virginia as of October.
