In the August ODOT Commission meeting, they approved a joint project with TxDOT to rebuild a Red River bridge south of Harmon:

Now a county road, this used to be part of OK30.  I believe the bridge dates back to the 40's. Has anyone been across it recently? I can't imaging there's alot of traffic on it.

This one? http://www.panoramio.com/photo/8102390

That's the right one; however, the pictures I had seen were of a concrete and steel bridge. Must have been tagged wrong. I believe I need to take a field trip soon to see this one before they tear it down.

I think you mean Hollis. Harmon is an incorporated place east of Arnett on US-60/SH-51 in Ellis County. Hollis is in Harmon County though.

This bridge is from what I can tell NBI structure #017610000000000. It was built in 1926. It was part of SH-30 from 1958 to 1970. The question will be whether construction of this bridge will result in SH-30 being re-extended back to the Red River, where it would meet FM 680.

If FM 680 is also extended.
