The server restarts at 2 AM and 6 PM Eastern Time daily. This results in a short period of downtime, so if you get a 502 error at those times, that is why.

What is the reason behind the stub ending on the northern terminus of the 110 HOV/bus lane? Room or plans for an expansion, an unfinished segment, or a cancellation.
