that's cheating.

longest I've ever made it without touching anything but the steering wheel is about 310 miles.  I-10 in west Texas.  did it on the next tank of gas, too: about 304 miles.

I've done a 79mph run along I-5 through all of LA before (exit 176 in Castaic to exit 28 off I-805 in Mira Mesa), which was made a bit exciting through that 35mph curve southbound in the East LA interchange.

For practical purposes, yes. For the anal roadgeeks, it clips the corner of DC on the bridge.

I accept and respect your identity as long as it's not dumb shit like "identifying as a vaccinated attack helicopter".

LOL, speed limit changed at Peoria.  A good thread would be to ID Interstates across states that would allow a constant speed driving across their width.  I think this could be an organized competitive endeavor.

(that last bit is a joke)

Look at a map.
"You know, you never have a guaranteed spot until you have a spot guaranteed."
—Olaf Kolzig, as quoted in the Washington Times on March 28, 2003,
commenting on the Capitals clinching a playoff spot.

"That sounded stupid, didn't it?"
—Kolzig, to the same reporter a few seconds later.
