I meant it could have a left-side and right-side yield signs for the oncoming traffic. The left side being in the median that should be next to the oncoming lanes (left side of the photo only.)

I think Exit 111A is clearly Exit 111 on US 52/NC 8 here.

The exit for US 58 BUS EB/VA 8 SB on US 58 EB in Stuart is before this sign so I would argue that this is an error.  However, I think now that VA 8 should stay on US 58 to SR 1025 and then turn south into Stuart.

I'll have to see if it's actually still like that in-person next time I go that way, as that latest Google Maps image is from a while ago in 2023.

That whole assembly needs replaced. There is no way without already knowing the route what those "business" signs are actually saying. I'm surprised that that US 31 shield survived that long in that condition.

Those signs obviously date from when it did go that way. They're not erroneous, just not updated.

I would say that not updating them for decades is "erroneous". Also, if TravelMapping is correct, there should be a US-20-BL sign pointing straight. That would have been a simple tweak. Or, they could put TO above the EAST US-20, which wouldn't be particularly useful, but would at least be correct.

But I do like heavily loaded sign assemblies like that.

Since this is an intersection between Brisban St and Walnut St in Paxtang, I am thinking this sign is an error for not having black lines jut out in both directions from the middle.  The warning sign only applies for Brisban St.
