When I lived in New England from 07-08, I noticed that a lot of the traffic lights down here were either were wire-mounted traffic lights or mast arms with no street blades attached to it (the street blade are often found on the corner of a traffic light intersection).

Due to my curiosity, I uncovered that some cities and towns install mast arm traffic lights with street blades attached. I'm going to list it by state, so here we go.

Connecticut

New Haven along Sargent Drive and Long Wharf Drive: http://goo.gl/maps/GuEos

Norwalk (most are concentrated along West Ave): http://goo.gl/maps/8DIAo

Stamford: http://goo.gl/maps/Q2i4X

Rhode Island

Rhode Island is pretty much the state that uses a lot of mast arms with attached street blades. In fact, it seems almost quite the norm (you can find mast arms with street blades attached at the first traffic light on US 6 coming from Connecticut).

Cranston: http://goo.gl/maps/Jl7NI (uses a unique street blade)

Providence's South Elmwood: http://goo.gl/maps/CJ6db

Middletown: http://goo.gl/maps/5SmmL

Massachusetts

Boston: http://goo.gl/maps/H6wwE

Malden: http://goo.gl/maps/NmCS9

New Hampshire

Manchester: http://goo.gl/maps/VB8Um

Belmont: http://goo.gl/maps/Vd7zR

Vermont

?

Maine

Scarborough: http://goo.gl/maps/PY1o2

Portland: http://goo.gl/maps/ym20z

Bangor: http://goo.gl/maps/K52XG

That's all for the list. If there is any towns or cities in New England, share it on this thread.
Fuck GPS. I rather use my brain and common sense.

Stamford's mast arm signs are backlit and look really cool at night.

I know I have a picture of this somewhere but I can't locate it...
