Sheridan Bypass SNAFU

The US 167 Sheridan Bypass seems to be experiencing frequent power outages at the US 270 signal.

From what I heard, that bypass has several issues with that and another intersection...AR 46?

When the police have an image problem, writing tickets instead of directing traffic at a traffic light that isn't properly working doesn't help.

When the police have an image problem, writing tickets instead of directing traffic at a traffic light that isn't properly working doesn't help.

If they police are writing tickets for failing to stop at a non-functioning signal, then they are doing a good thing. People who fail to stop at non-functioning signals are endangering the lives of others, and deserve the tickets.
