The US route shields have filenames with spaces (or underscores) instead of hyphens. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/File:US_0.svg and so on.

What's the point of this thread? If you were making signs you could easily find all of these images on Wikimedia Commons, or even draw them up yourself based on the Standard Highway Signs specifications.
