Most routes in shortest distance

I recently had to go pick up some rental items in San Bernardino for my job in Palos Verdes, and on the way back I took the following route:

CA-210 west

I-215 south
I-10 west
I-15 south
CA-60 west
I-605 south
I-105 west
I-710 south
CA-91 west
I-110 south
CA-1 west
CA-213 south

So that's 14 routes in about 85 highway miles, or a new route every 6 miles. I couldn't find a topic like this before, so my question would be:

What's the most routes you've been on in the shortest distance?

Here are the parameters:
-Must be a trip of at least 50 miles.
-Must be a one-way trip.
-Route must make sense for the trip you're taking. No getting off and back on a freeway just to grab another route, no crazy circuitous routes, no doubling back, etc.
-Ideally, trip would have a purpose other than roadgeeking.

I was coming home (to Seattle at the time) from Longview, and there was major construction on I-5 through Seattle at the time -- so this is circuitous, but not crazy circuitous, and not without reason.

I-5 north
SR 512 east (plus a brief multiplex with SR 161)
SR 167 north
I-405 south (compass west)
SR 518 west
SR 509 north
SR 99 north

Not quite as impressive as yours (seven -- eight counting the multiplex -- over about 54 miles) , but fun none the less.

One route from me to Long Island would be 511-287-80-(23, or a ramp therefrom)-46-3-495-NY 495-local streets-25-25A. (If I were going to Shea.) That would be 9 or 10 routes in about 50 miles.

Once I left Santa Ana, and went to the desert, and took,

55 North
91 East
60 East
10 East
62 North/East.

Also if you count I-215, because of it being multiplexed with the 60 for 5 miles.

I'm sure I could find more for random places I've gone in Dallas or Fort Worth, but going just from my place to Grapevine picks up quite a few for just 25 miles.
